Good to know

A few common questions.

Less guessing. More getting things done.

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?

The tools run in your browser, so your selected files stay on your device. Some tools need to download processing components before their first use. Keep this tab open until processing finishes.

Where can I find my downloaded file?

Most browsers save files in your Downloads folder, or ask you where to save them. If you miss the automatic download, use the Download button in Your downloads below the tool. These links last for this page session; save your files before closing or refreshing the page.

Which tool should I use?

Merge PDF joins documents into one file. Split PDF separates pages into smaller files. Compress PDF reduces file size; the result depends on what is inside your document. For photos, choose JPG to PDF or PNG to PDF. Explore all tools to find page editing, signing, and more.

Does Folio work on a phone?

Yes. Open Folio in a modern mobile browser, choose files from the system file picker, and save the result using your browser’s download controls. For very large documents or detailed editing, a desktop computer may be more comfortable.
